Adorable || Natsu Dragneel
[Natsu x reader]
You woke up with a start, gasping for breath and swallowing the lump that hard formed in your throat afterwards. Your eyes were wide as you found yourself staring into the ceiling, and you suddenly became aware of your surroundings.
You were in bed, in your room.
A sigh left your parted lips as relief made fear and anxiety fade into oblivion. It had only been a nightmare, you soon realized while running a hand along your face. Your heart had yet to calm down, to reach that state of peace your mind was forced to approach.
That nightmare had left your body in a cold sweat, sent your heart into a

Beers were passed from one side of the bar to another; laughter filled the building as the mages enjoyed yet another typical day in the guild, Fairy Tail. Smiles could be seen everywhere, lighting up the already cheerful mood of the people.
However, you did not share that happiness; not today. At the moment, you were chatting with Erza while the two of you enjoyed a piece of cake. She –alone with her team– had just come back from another mission. It had become a tradition between you to share details about said events once a week, and so she was telling just how amazing it had been. Neverthe

You've Reached Natsu Dragneel, Leave a Message
Prologue: Wrong Number
It was three o'clock in the morning when Natsu Dragneel's phone buzzed wildly on his bedside table. He groaned, his eyebrows pinching together in annoyance as he flopped an arm over his eyes. It was too early, too early to have someone calling him. Whoever it was would just have to wait until a decent hour if they wanted to talk to him.
The buzzing continued as his phone vibrated off of the table and clonked onto the floor with a crack, continuing to seize wildly on the carpet below. The salmon-haired boy groaned again, knowing that if he left his phone on the floor, he'd be sure to oversleep in the morning, as it dou

Natsu frowned down at Sorcerer's Weekly, flipping the pages aimlessly as if he wasn't looking for anything in particular, or bothered by anything in particular, however he always ended up on the same page.
Lucy had lost a bet to Mira and had taken her place as the magazine's centerfold. Not only that, but it also featured a five page spread of her, posing half-naked in bathing suits and nightgowns. That, along with Lucy answering some very personal questions the reporters had asked. And as if that wasn't enough, at the end there was a small form that men who bought the magazine could fill out to win a date with Fairy Tail's one a

She wasn't sure of the day when suddenly she became part of a pair. She'd been alone most of her life, forced to entertain herself and make her own fun. She'd been without a mother for as long as she could remember and emotionally without a father for just as long. She'd set out on her own, and she'd decided she'd make a name for herself.
She was Lucy Heartfilia. Simple as that. She was Lucy Heartfilia, mage, Celestial wizard, Fairy Tail wizard, and friend and family member to all of the other wizards in her wonderful guild.
But somehow along the way her name had changed a bit. She was still Lucy, but nowadays her name alwa

"Luuucy." Her eye twitched. She wasn't sure whether she should be annoyed, amused, or maybe even sympathetic. She looked up at the very pale-looking Dragon Slayer who was sprawled out on the tabletop, his nose only mere inches from her dish.
"Ew, stop it Natsu! You're gonna drool on it!" she snapped, snatching her chocolate sundae out of the splash zone. He could sure slobber like a dragon. She smirked slightly, carving out a spoonful of ice cream and eating it as he watched her with the intensity of a tiger watching its prey. "It's your fault," she mumbled around the dessert in her mouth. "You said, "I won't

"Hey, Luce?" Warm arms wrapped around her waist and he leaned into her back, pushing her up closer to the kitchen sink where she was washing her hands. His warm breath tickled her neck and she smiled.
"Mm?" She shook her hands of the water, turning off the faucet with her elbow and reaching for a towel.
He sighed behind her. "I was just thinkin'…," he trailed off. As she dried her hands she maneuvered around in his grasp so she was facing him. He looked a little worried, maybe nervous, she couldn't tell. Her eyebrows pinched together and he continued. "Y'know I was just thinkin' that we hadn't gone on a job in like̷

Was it cheesy to say that she'd somehow become the center of his universe? It was incredibly cheesy. Oh Mavis, it was cheesy and corny and just the thought of it kinda made him want to barf.
He couldn't believe it but he'd become that boy he'd thought he'd never be. He loved magic, he loved his guild mates, he loved fighting alongside his family, he loved having fun, but one thing he never thought he'd love, was a girl.
Girls were icky. He'd been told they had cooties. Igneel had told him that girls had their place in life, and that Natsu would eventually realize it when he was older, but in living life after Igneel, he'd
Day 5- Dare
It wasn't an odd sight to see Gray and Natsu fighting when she walked into the guild. It was a rather mundane occurrence now, unlike the first however many months after she'd joined the guild. It'd taken her a long time to get used to it in fact. Whenever she'd open those gigantic wooden doors and see one hell of a brawl breaking out, she'd squeak and try to avoid the chaos. Others told her that it was just how Fairy Tail worked. Gray would tease Natsu, Natsu would retaliate, and pretty soon everyone was involved. But nonetheless, it'd taken her a while to get used to it.
But by now, she'd adapted. When she walked inside the gui
